This website is a part of a GSSJC Gold Award project about heart health; we aim to help people have access to age-appropriate, easy to understand heart health information. People of all ages can have heart conditions, but not many young people have access to information about heart health and may not know why it's so important to keep their heart healthy, we aim to change that, by giving people of all ages a chance to learn about heart health in ways they can understand. Starting young can make a big impact on your future.
