Taking care of your heart might sound like a lot of work but there are simple things you can do that can help make a big difference in your heart health. Starting good healthy habits young can help you to maintain better health habits in your future!

Here are some simple things you can do to help keep your heart healthy!

Taking care of your heart doesn't have to be hard simple things can make a big difference. Eating a healthy balanced diet is really important for your heart, that doesn't mean you can never have unhealthy food, it just means to balance want you eat to make sure you are getting all your vitamins and nutrients, also try limiting the amount of energy drinks you have I know they might taste good because too much drinking too much caffeine can cause problems. Physical activity is also really important for your heart's health. Exercise doesn't have to be boring things like going for a hike, swimming, and playing a sport are all great ways to get some physical activity in no matter how you get moving all that matter is that you do. Also try to reduce stress, I know being a teen can be stressful and stress isn't very good for your health so finding ways to reduce stress can be really helpful for both your physical and mental health. You can try things yoga or meditation, exercise or playing calming music. Those are some easy ways to better take care of your heart and keep yourself healthy!
